• Account registration for students under 18 must be completed by a parent or guardian
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for all account activities

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7. Pricing and Payment

• The diagnostic quiz is free
• Tutoring session rates are displayed on our pricing page
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice

• Payment is required before sessions commence

7.3 Refunds

10. Safeguarding

We take the safety of students seriously:

• All tutors undergo Enhanced DBS checks
• Tutors receive safeguarding training
• We have safeguarding policies in place
• Sessions may be monitored for quality and safety

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide services "as is" without warranties except as required by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
